By using our services or purchasing from iCell Gadgets, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements to purchase products in Namibia.
iCell Gadgets reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline transactions where necessary.
Customers may not misuse, copy, or resell our services or products without written approval from iCell Gadgets.
2. Products & Services
iCell Gadgets provides mobile phones, tablets, computers, accessories, and related products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, colours, specifications, and features may vary slightly depending on the device and manufacturer.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
iCell Gadgets reserves the right to limit sales or refuse transactions where necessary.
3. Device Warranty
New devices include a 12-month software warranty.
Pre-owned devices include a 6-month software warranty.
The warranty covers software-related issues only and does not cover:
- Physical damage.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Battery wear from normal usage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Lost or stolen devices.
- Hardware faults unless otherwise stated.
4. Accessories Warranty
Accessories are sold as-is and are not covered by refunds or exchanges once purchased.
Where applicable, accessories may qualify for replacement only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers must report any product issues within the required return period.
Unused products may be returned within 7 days if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Used phones cannot be returned once they leave our store unless a verified software fault is confirmed.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval according to the iCell Gadgets Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Customer Information & Payments
Customers are responsible for providing correct and updated information, including contact details and payment information.
iCell Gadgets reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, or other concerns.
Customers will be contacted using the information provided during purchase.
7. Delivery & Collection
iCell Gadgets provides delivery services within Namibia and internationally through trusted delivery partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- 2 hours: Towns with an iCell Gadgets branch (within town limits).
- 18 to 24 hours: Other towns within Namibia.
- 14 working days: Regional and international deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for inspecting parcels upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.
8. Software & Device Care
Customers are responsible for maintaining their devices and using them correctly.
iCell Gadgets recommends avoiding major software updates on older iPhones where compatibility issues may affect performance or battery life.
Repairs or modifications done by unauthorized persons may void warranty coverage.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
iCell Gadgets is not responsible for losses, damages, or data loss caused by the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before repairs, inspections, or warranty services.
Our responsibility is limited to the value paid for the product purchased.
10. Updates to Terms & Conditions
iCell Gadgets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply once published or communicated.
Continued use of our services means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
